Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders efficiently while providing customers with clear information about dispatch and delivery.

Order Processing

Most standard orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately:

24–36 hours after the order is placed.

Certain special products require additional preparation time and may take approximately:

7–10 days before dispatch.

The processing period is separate from the shipping transit period.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, normal delivery takes approximately:

7–15 days after shipment.

For example, a standard item normally consists of approximately 24–36 hours of processing followed by 7–15 days of transportation.

A special product may require approximately 7–10 days of preparation followed by the normal 7–15 day delivery period.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Customs inspections, local courier delays, peak shopping periods, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

Where EU consumer rules apply, goods should generally be delivered on the agreed date or, where no different period has been agreed, within 30 days of the contract being concluded. European Union

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking becomes available.

Please allow approximately 24–72 hours after shipment for the tracking system to begin displaying movement.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Once the parcel has been processed or transferred to the carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the address.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order has significantly exceeded the expected delivery period or tracking indicates an unusual problem, please contact us.
